Clubsforecancer is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cancer survivors, families of cancer victims and junior golf programs.

Support

Clubsforecancer with the support of the entire golf industry will make a difference in families nationwide.

We will do this by supporting Junior Golf Programs and helping families with the financial burdens of cancer treatment.

The Golf Industry has a strong tradition of generosity. Golf manufactures, retailers, private individuals, the P.G.A. of America and all organizations in the industry can continue that tradition by their donations of golf merchandise and monetary contributions to support our vision to help others.

How it works

The golf industry donates past year model clubs, over stock clubs, trade in equipment, or any golf related merchandise. Clubsforecancer would sell these items on their Ebay store in the auction format. The proceeds from the sale of the merchandise would go towards aiding cancer survivors, families of cancer victims and junior golf programs. Because of our nonprofit status 501(c) 3 , all donations are tax deductible.

About us

Clubsforecancer was founded by PGA professional Ed Sanchez, himself a cancer survivor. Ed is dedicated to helping cancer survivors, families of cancer victims and junior golf programs.

Who gets assistance?

Through a careful review and screening process, the clubsforecancer Board of Directors will determine who will be provided financial assistance. For the cancer survivors and the families of the cancer victims, the following agencies will be utilized for potential aid candidates; American Cancer Society, Lance Armstrong’s Livestrong, Angels at Work, Michelle’s Place, Susan G. Koman Foundation, Loma Linda Hospital, City of Hope and Cancercare. The junior golf programs and scholarship candidates will be obtained from the PGA of America, Golden State Tour, United States Golf Association, International Junior Golf association and The First Tee Program.
